Happy New Year Girls4Greatness

  Welcome to 2025 Girls4Greatness!

We made it to a brand-new year—2025, our Year of Divine Alignment and Month of Divine Repositioning! Let us celebrate this milestone with gratitude and expectation for the great things God has in store for us.

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way.” (Psalm 37:23)

I pray that this year will be filled with blessings, joy, and divine opportunities for you, dear girls and ladies. May the Lord reposition you to where you are meant to be—in your career, marriage, ministry, and every area of your life. Doors of breakthrough, favour, and success are opening for you in Jesus' name.

As we step into this new year, I encourage you to leave the past behind. Whatever challenges, failures, or disappointments you faced last year, know that they are part of your testimony. This is a new chapter—a year to walk boldly in faith, to trust God’s plan, and to embrace the joy that comes from knowing He is in control. “Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” (Isaiah 43:19)

You are Girls and Ladies of Greatness, destined for amazing things! This is your time to rise and step into your divine calling. Whether it’s in your education, career, relationships, or ministry, trust that God has equipped you for greatness. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)

Let this year be the year you:

BE YOU: Embrace your uniqueness and know that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14)

BE HAPPY: Find joy in the little things and trust God’s timing. “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)

BE JOYFUL: Celebrate every victory, no matter how small. “Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!” (Philippians 4:4)

BE BLESSED: Recognize and acknowledge God’s blessings in your life. “Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfil his promises to her!” (Luke 1:45)

STAY ENCOURAGED: Keep moving forward even when the road seems tough. “Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)

DON’T GIVE UP: Persevere, knowing that God is faithful. “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” (Galatians 6:9)

I pray that in 2025, God will grant the desires of your heart. Wherever you go and whoever you meet, may you carry the fragrance of Christ’s love and favour. Walk with confidence, knowing that you are blessed and highly favoured by God.

Happy New Year and Month, Girls4Greatness! Let’s step into 2025 with boldness, joy, and unwavering faith, ready to testify of God’s goodness.

Love and blessings, [Tolu Jolugbo - Girls4Greatness]

Breaking Free from Sin: Embrace Redemption and Renewed Life

Understanding Sin and Its Impact Sin, according to Genesis 4:7, is like a lurking predator that desires to dominate us. It is disobedience to God's commandments and is compared to a destructive force that ravages both body and soul. The Apostle Paul states in Romans 3:23 that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." This fundamental truth emphasizes that sin affects everyone. “Sin is crouching at the door; its desire is for you, but you must rule over it.” — Genesis 4:7 (ESV) “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23 (NIV) Reflect: • How has sin impacted your relationship with God and with others? • What steps can you take to rule over sin and seek God’s help? The Roots and Reality of Sin Sin began with Adam and Eve's disobedience in the Garden of Eden, and it continues to be a force that violates God's laws, including the Ten Commandments. Sin is not categorized into “big” or “small”; all sin separates us from God. T...
